At ZwaarVet Garment Dept., all our clothing is printed on demand — made especially for you when you place your order. This means every piece is unique, but it also means we need a little extra time to get it to you.

Processing & Delivery Time Please allow up to 15 business days from the date of your order for production and delivery. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Worldwide Shipping We ship to customers all over the world via DHL.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. You'll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the European Union, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
